Mom life can be stressful whether you are a full time working mom or a stay at home mom. We all face the same stressors at home. These moms of Instagram give us a real view of life as a mom and the moments that keep moms stressed.
#1 When your kids call you downstairs to get them water and their dad is sitting RIGHT THERE!
Mom to the rescue! Why is it that the kids automatically ask mom for whatever they need? Sometimes Mom needs a break and hey, dad is right there!
#2 Getting the demands of a toddler wrong
We’ve all been there… you cut the sandwich into squares instead of triangles, gave the blue cup instead of the yellow cup, etc. Keeping up with the demands of toddlers and keeping their demands in check can be exhausting.
#3 Potty Fascination
What is it with the potty? Kids love playing in the toilet. Throwing stuff in, sticking their hands in the water, drinking the toilet water…
#4 We never get enough sleep!
Sleep is an elusive dream… no wonder the coffee is necessary to get through the day.
#AD Sleep is pretty much THE. MOST. IMPORTANT. THING in a mom’s world. So when @sertamattress and @mattressfirm offered to replace our old, sagging mattress with their new Serta iComfort TempTouch Mattress that is exclusively sold at Mattress Firm, I jumped at the chance. But before I gave the mattress a thumb’s up, I had to see if it could pass all of the needs of our crazy family. We’ve been sleeping on the iComfort for a month now, and I’m happy to tell you, this mattress rocks. It can do everything … except cure my husband’s snoring. Link to the video in my profile!
#5 When all you want to do is eat but your hands are full
You made the dinner, you can smell the dinner, you can see the dinner, but you can’t eat it yet! Moms are the chef, waitress, and cleaning staff. The job never ends! And I’m pretty sure if you sit down, you will probably have to get someone a drink!
#6 Into everything, all the time!
Turn your back for a minute, walk out of the room and come back, you never know what you will find! Someone climbing on furniture or working together to get a snack!
#7 He’s emptying the bin looking for my sanity
There is always a mess. You may clean up, but unless you follow the kids around putting everything back into it’s place there is going to be a mess.
