In Spring 2020, in the middle of a worldwide pandemic, we observed many of the companies who had told us in the past that remote work wasn’t part of their “organizational culture” or that they weren’t “set up” to allow workers to be productive from home do a complete 180 and move the majority of their workforce home. Now that we know that our employers CAN and HAVE supported remote workers, what happens next? We’re going to begin by trying to support this long-term transition.
